Our philosophy is quite simple. We work with people because we respect their potential and desire for growth and development. An effective and efficient alternative to the prevailing system of rural development is to make people skilled enough to command a better standard of living. The effort is to evolve convergence, cooperation and a greater sense of ownership amongst people by removing gaps between their perception and behavior.
Transforming Lives
Transforming lives is a huge responsibility. Providing stable opportunities and then motivating artisans for improving their standard of living has been our one of the basic priorities
In our attempt to provide a sustainable livelihood to artisans, we ensure creation of facilities aimed at enhancing the efficiency of the artisans. We also work hard to improve their infrastructural facilities and ensure a reasonable quality of life to the workers. This helps in curtailing the migration of weavers to metros in search of a better job where again they are exploited in one way or the other.

Our main aim is to encourage and improve the living conditions of the rural artisans, enhance their earning capacities through proper training, facilitate the rural artisans with latest technologies and to develop at par with international standards.
